You may also fax an order to us at 212 944-8682 or E-mail us at sales@galison.com .E-mail us to request a print catalog, to ask to meet with a sales representative, or with any questions or concerns. We will get back to you or take care of your request the next business day. Our website includes both front list and backlist merchandise. That is, you may order anything from our current print catalogs or new release announcements as well as older favorites we didn’t have room for in the print catalog--those are what we designate "backlist". back to top The Nuts and Bolts Opening Order: The minimum online order is $300 suggested retail ($150 wholesale) with a minimum of three (3) items per title unless otherwise noted. Please contact us if you serve a specialized niche market and have difficulty meeting the minimum.Discount: All prices are shown are wholesale with the suggested retail price indicated as "SRP". Prices are F.O.B. Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Shipping: We ship most orders that weigh under 150 pounds via UPS Ground Service (Air to Alaska and Hawaii). For another method, please contact us. Prices are F.O.B. Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Wholesale merchandise is non-returnable. Any claims should be made within 3 days of receipt of your merchandise. Please contact us with any problems. Payment: If you are an existing Galison trade account, your order will automatically receive net 30-day terms. Commissions will be paid to your regular sales rep on all sales. If you are ordering as a new account, you may expedite your order by choosing to pay with a credit card at checkout. You may also choose the “Call Me” option. If you would like to establish credit, we will ask you for three credit references. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email message from our customer service department. If you do not receive this confirmation message within 12 hours please email sdunphy@galison.com to ensure that your order has indeed been received and is being processed. back to top International Orders We are very happy that you are interested in ordering from Galison/Mudpuppy!
